The management of Property Works introducing itself
After completing the Lyceum in Eindhoven, Martijn started out as an independent entrepreneur in furniture and stand construction. In 1998, he moved to TCN Property Projects, where he was responsible for Sport Business Center, Home Trade Center, Fashion Center Almere, Media Park and the current World Forum Convention Center. At TCN, he met his current business partner Robert Segers. After a 2-year stint as director of fitness chain, Life Fit, Martijn returned to TCN as a COO in 2006. In 2009, Martijn and Robert established Property Works.
Together with Robert, Martijn focuses on the growth and professionalisation of Property Works. In addition, he is primarily involved in managing the subholding PW Markets.
Robert studied at Hotelschool The Hague and the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. After a number of management jobs in the hospitality sector, including ACCOR hotels, RAI Catering / Amsterdam ArenA and the World Forum Convention Center, he joined project developer TCN Property Projects in 2002. Here, he was responsible for the operational and tactical management of real estate objects for both TCN and third parties for more than 5 years. At TCN, he worked with Martijn Cliteur with whom he started Property Works in 2009.
Together with Martijn, Robert focuses on the growth and professionalisation of Property Works. In addition, he is primarily involved in the management of the subholding PW Offices.
Peter studied Business Economics and Accountancy at Tilburg University. In 1994, he started as assistant accountant at Grant Thornton Netherlands. In 1997, he joined KPMG Audit as Audit Manager more than 8 years. In 2005, he came on board at TCN Property Projects in his role as Concern Controller, where he worked together with Martijn Cliteur and Robert Segers for the first time. In 2008, he started as a senior financial consultant at PT Partners and in 2010 he was asked to join Property Works as Director of Finance. In addition, Peter has been involved as a PT Financial Control at ESAA / Erasmus University since 2000.
Within the management team of Property Works, Peter is responsible for the professionalisation of the internal financial and legal services.
Ceciel studied Communication Management at the Hogeschool van Utrecht and earned her Master’s degree in Cultural Sciences at the University of Antwerp. After management positions in the events sector at Travel Clinic Havenziekenhuis, De Doelen and Congress Center Domus Medica, she started her career at Property Works as manager of the New Babylon project in The Hague in 2013. In 2015, she was promoted to the position of Director PW Offices.
Within the management team of Property Works, Ceciel is responsible for the subholding PW Offices. In addition, Ceciel is also responsible for the professionalisation of the PW Central internal services center.
After completing Hotelschool Wageningen, Machteld studied HBO Personnel Management and post HBO Strategic Training. In 1996, she joined the Compass Group as Catering Manager, after which she worked as Training Manager in this company from 2001 to 2006. In 2006, she switched to GMT as Project Manager. Subsequently, she specialised as HR Manager. She joined Center Parcs in this role in 2009. In 2014, she moved to RCN Vakantieparken. In 2018, she moved to Property Works as HR Business Partner.
Within the management team of Property Works, Machteld is responsible for the further professionalisation of Human Resources within the group and with special focus on PW Markets.
