After completing the Lyceum in Eindhoven, Martijn started out as an independent entrepreneur in furniture and stand construction. In 1998, he moved to TCN Property Projects, where he was responsible for Sport Business Center, Home Trade Center, Fashion Center Almere, Media Park and the current World Forum Convention Center. At TCN, he met his current business partner Robert Segers. After a 2-year stint as director of fitness chain, Life Fit, Martijn returned to TCN as a COO in 2006. In 2009, Martijn and Robert established Property Works.

Together with Robert, Martijn focuses on the growth and professionalisation of Property Works. In addition, he is primarily involved in managing the subholding PW Markets.

Robert studied at Hotelschool The Hague and the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. After a number of management jobs in the hospitality sector, including ACCOR hotels, RAI Catering / Amsterdam ArenA and the World Forum Convention Center, he joined project developer TCN Property Projects in 2002. Here, he was responsible for the operational and tactical management of real estate objects for both TCN and third parties for more than 5 years. At TCN, he worked with Martijn Cliteur with whom he started Property Works in 2009.

Together with Martijn, Robert focuses on the growth and professionalisation of Property Works. In addition, he is primarily involved in the management of the subholding PW Offices.

Jeroen Pels

Director Finance

After completing Hogeschool Utrecht, Jeroen completed his doctorate in accountancy at Nyenrode. Before that, he started his career at PWC in 1999 and worked for more than 8 years as a public accountant in various project and management roles.

Started as an accountant in business at WoningNet NV in 2007. In this role I participated in the transformation of WoningNet as a shared service center for corporations. As well as the development of new online channels, including StudentenWoningWeb and Rooftrack.nl.

Subsequently involved various financially responsible roles with NEVI, Purspective, Pharmalead & Promedico. In addition to the development of Finance, HR, IT and Facility teams worked on further structuring operational management. Including making processes / systems scalable and (re) financing existing and new activities.

Within the Property Works management team, Jeroen is responsible for the realization of a tightly organized back office, where, in addition to enthusiasm & cooperation, optimization Finance & IT systems are central.

Commercial Director PW Markets

After serveral years of working in the international trade of confectionary and later promotional items or the chain stores, Rogier has made the transition to the world of interior and design. After working 6 years for Reviera Maison home brand, Rogier starten a new home brand for a company in the east of the country.
From 2012 Rogier advised with his own company House Your Brands bv various companies in the intererior branche within management and commercial issues. In 2018 Rogier mage the switch to commercial director of PW Markets, in the role Rogir is responsible fort he commercial side of the company and her brands TICA Aalsmeer, Trends & Trade Venlo, Fashionsextras Venlo and recently of TICA online.

Gerry Daalhuisen

Operational director PW Markets

After Hotelschool Wageningen, Gerry completed post HBO personnel & organisation and Facility Management at the Hogeschool Amsterdam. After working for Jaarbeurs Utrecht and Golden Tulip FIGI Slot Zeist Gerry enden up at Dirk Dirckz Catering in the positon of banquet manager. After the takeover and transformation of the Treslong location Gerry became responsable for all catering activities up to 4.000 guests at this location in the position of General Manager. In 2006 Gerry exchanged hospitality for business services and started working at TICA Aalsmeer in the position of Manager Operations. In 2019 Gerry became Operation Director of PW Markets, in this position Gerry is responsable for all operational activities for TICA, Trends & Trades and Fashionextras.

Thomas van der Zee

Commercial Director PW Offices

After graduating from the Hotelschool The Hague, Thomas worked for various luxury hotels abroad, including New York, London and Brussels. After this Thomas worked from 2012 at the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam at the commercial deparment. In Thomas became director of Sales in 2016.
In 2018 Thom started as Commercial Manager at The Hague Conference Centre in The hague – one of PW Offices companies with the task of expanding the commercial tams and entering new markets.
Af of september 2020 Thomas became Commercial Director of the subholding PW Offices. Together with Adriaan Wagenaar and Robert Segers, Thomas focuses on the growth and development of The Hague Conference Centre and Gardens Business Centres.

Adriaan’s most important core values for succesful hospitality and business servece are hospitality, perfect faclities and urburdening end users.
After completing the Hotelschool Adriaan has built up his experience in operational management in various sectors. He started in the hotel industry, then changed the to event industry, flexible offices rental and multi-service faclity services. Adriaan worked for independent organizations, corporate and organizations in the cutural sector. The common in the Adriaan’s career is leadershop in hospitality. As Director of Operation of PW Offices all work experiences and his ambitions comes together.
